Our founder Pauline is a Certified Sleep Practitioner and an expert in guiding babies and younger children (from 3 months to 3 years) to sleep through the night independently and happily. She will explain her strategies (which are tailored to your families specific needs) to you beforehand so that you will understand what is happening at all times.
The techniques and plans differ greatly depending on the sleep problem and your little ones age, and although crying is expected in the early stages of a new routine they do NOT include ‘crying it out’. Instead Pauline will implement consistent methods in a calm manner so that your infant or child can understand and cope with the changes to their routine.
As sleep problems can be complex and differ greatly for the individual child it is possible you may only require telephone and email consultations. For deeper routed issues a home visit and overnight support might be necessary. After a complete sleep analysis, and before you purchase any package, Pauline will give you a clear assessment of what can be achieved before embarking on the sleep plan.
Once your little one is sleeping through the night you will notice a significant change for the better in their behaviour, concentration and daytime sleeping habits.

Sleep Problem Diagnosis & Plan with Full Remote Support Package (daily phone call, unlimited messaging and email for up to one month)
3 days or nights with the Sleep Practitioner in your home to implement Sleep Plan fully. Continued email support for as long as it is required.
